Mica Miro, Engagement Director for Green Empowerment, will share how long-term partnerships and community leadership help remote communities build sustainable clean water and renewable energy infrastructure.

Reba J. Parker, an accomplished author, keynote speaker, and professor at the College of Charleston with over 25 years of experience, teaches sociology through a peace studies lens. She will share her insights on a fresh, practical path to reimagining peace.

Kaylee Chrystal, Community Engagement Coordinator for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Oregon, will share how consistent access to books supports early literacy, strengthens family engagement, and helps children reach important developmental milestones.

Elizabeth Freisinger of Shared Hope International will share a talk on trafficking, including what it is, how to recognize warning signs, and how communities can work together to prevent it and keep kids safe.

There will be no regular Thursday meeting on June 25. Our Installation and Awards Banquet will be held that evening at the Hilton Garden Inn in Wilsonville.
