About the speakers: Daniel Nibouar is the Disaster Management Director for Clackamas County. With over 20 years of experience in the field and a Master’s degree in Emergency Management, he has successfully navigated the county through major disasters, from historic wildfires and extreme winter weather to significant flooding. Daniel is dedicated to fostering a culture of readiness and resilience within and across Clackamas County.
