Sole Sisters began in Wilsonville 18 years ago and has since grown into a community with 15 locations, empowering women of all ages and abilities through fitness and friendship. Presenters Jessy Lee and Jenelle Reid will share how the group continues to inspire connection, confidence, and community, and how its annual race brings people from across the region to Wilsonville.

They’ll highlight solutions for integrating universal design standards, how to position yourself as an accessibility expert, and provide an overview of the LiveAble Homes Program, including certifying and marketing accessible listings.
Carol Maina, Anne Quigley, Laura Schott, and Tyler Grant will share their stories through short Classification Talks, a Rotary tradition that helps members get to know one another by highlighting personal backgrounds and career paths. These talks are an early step toward becoming an engaged member and offer a welcoming way to introduce newer Rotarians. This meeting provides a great opportunity for members and guests to learn more about Carol, Anne, Laura, and Tyler and the unique perspectives they bring to the Rotary Club of Wilsonville.
Mark Jenson, principal of RailPoint LLC, will share how artificial intelligence is showing up in daily life and influencing the tools and systems we rely on every day. He will explain what AI is, how it works, and why it matters, using real-world examples and plain language. Mark will also highlight risks, guardrails, and what Wilsonville leaders should know as this technology becomes part of every field.
Rotarian Jake McMichael will share his story as part of our Club Assembly and Classification Talk 2.0 program, reflecting on 25 years with the Rotary Club of Wilsonville. Club Assemblies include updates on club activities and priorities. Jake will touch on his upbringing back East, his education, a twenty-year career in the U.S. Navy, later work at Sandia National Laboratories, and how his retirement years led him to Rotary and the club’s growth in service and membership.
