Rotarians from around the region are invited to gather for the 2nd Annual Rotary Night at the Wilsonville Rotary Summer Concerts on July 17, featuring a farewell performance by Johnny Limbo and the Lugnuts. The evening begins at 5 p.m. with a Rotary meetup and hosted snacks, followed by live music and fundraising for End Polio Now.
Johnny Limbo and the Lugnuts return for their final performance at Wilsonville Summer Concerts. Often called our “house band,” they’ve been a cornerstone of the series for decades. Known for high-energy tributes to the golden era of rock and roll, their dynamic horn section and colorful choreography have entertained generations. They’ve even shared the stage with legends like Chuck Berry and the Righteous Brothers. The evening begins at 5:30 pm with local favorite John Knowles, followed by Johnny Limbo and the Lugnuts at 6:30. Celebrate their incredible run and be part of this unforgettable sendoff.

The evening kicks off with a soulful performance by Christina Cooper at 5:30 p.m., blending swampy blues, Americana, and country folk. Then at 6:30 p.m., Hit Machine, led by Bart Hafeman, takes the stage. This high-energy seven-piece Top 40/variety/dance band is known for vibrant performances, synchronized dance moves, and crowd interaction that keeps everyone on their feet. A favorite throughout the Portland Metro area, Hit Machine has headlined major events and performed for clients like Nike and Intel.
The Norman Sylvester Band brings a soulful blend of funky blues, R&B, and original music to the stage, led by the Northwest’s own “Boogie Cat.” With decades of experience and a history of performing alongside music legends, this high-energy band delivers a concert experience full of rhythm, heart, and unforgettable moments. Opening the night is the J.T. Wise Duo, a bluesy roots rock act featuring standout guitar work and rich harmonies that set the tone for an engaging and soulful evening.
