The Rotary Club of Wilsonville meets weekly at 11:45 a.m. on Thursdays, at Black Bear Diner in Wilsonville. We also hold various events and projects throughout the year. Please check the calendar below to see what's coming up!
Kaylee Chrystal, Community Engagement Coordinator for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Oregon, will share how consistent access to books supports early literacy, strengthens family engagement, and helps children reach important developmental milestones.
Elizabeth Freisinger of Shared Hope International will share a talk on trafficking, including what it is, how to recognize warning signs, and how communities can work together to prevent it and keep kids safe.
There will be no regular Thursday meeting on June 25. Our Installation and Awards Banquet will be held that evening at the Hilton Garden Inn in Wilsonville.
Ending the crippling disease of polio worldwide is Rotary International's signature cause. Larry Hatch, End Polio Now Chair for Rotary District 5100, will talk about the history of polio, give an update on current status, and address future challenges.
Kerry Eggers shares stories from his sportswriting career, highlights from major events, and insights from his latest book Scrolls of a Sports Scribe, followed by an open Q and A on sports and journalism.
Jennifer Batten shares stories from her global music career and will headline the Wilsonville Summer Concert later that same day with her band, Full Steam.
