On the day before Halloween, it’s all about gathering with friends, enjoying a little spooky fun, and stirring the Rotary Cauldron. Costumes are welcome, and a lighthearted Halloween vibe is guaranteed.
This meeting will be a Club Assembly with a Halloween twist. During the Club Assembly portion, the Rotary Cauldron will bubble with updates from committees, project highlights, and upcoming events. Each committee will be invited to share one trick (a challenge they are facing) and one treat (something that is going well).
To add to the fun:
🎃 Costumes are encouraged but not required. Go all out with your best monster, witch, or ghostly getup. Or keep it simple with a mask, a funky hat, or a haunting tie. It all counts.
🎭 Lighthearted voting will be held for categories such as Funniest, Most Creative, and Best Rotary-Themed costume.
Costume contest winners will get to reach into the Rotary Cauldron for a prize. Don’t worry if you don’t win. You can still get a hand in it. Just share a Halloween memory, a fall tradition, or what you secretly hope ends up in your candy bag to earn your chance.
But beware. There is no looking. The Cauldron knows. You do not choose the prize… the prize chooses you. Mwahahahaha!
