The Oregon School Activities Association (OSAA): What is and why it is important to Oregon’s schools. Our guest will be Tom Welter, executive director, and Brad Garrett, assistant executive director. We’ll hear about the origin of this critical organization (the headquarters for which is located across the street form our meeting place) which governs athletics and activities in Oregon’s secondary schools, as well as who the real decision makers are for this body. We’ll also hear about some of the recent challenges faced by the OSAA.
