Maritime Operations at the Port of Portland.
As the General Manager of Marine Operations at the Port of Portland Jeff is responsible for overall operations at the Port’s four Marine Terminals. Before coming to the Port in 2000, Jeff worked for NYK Line North America as the Operation and District Manager, responsible for vessel operations and sales in the Oregon area. Prior to that, Jeff worked in Marine construction on various jetty, dredging, and dock construction projects throughout the US. Jeff is the Past President of the Columbia River Steamship Operators, has served as member of the Columbia River PMA Sub-steering Committee, just completed an eight-year term on the Oregon Board of Maritime Pilots, and represents the Port of Portland on the Northwest Marine Terminal Association.
