The Rotary Club of Wilsonville announced Scott Nichols as the newest Wilsonville First Citizen at The Sweet Life of Service: The 2026 Heart of Gold Gala & Auction on Saturday night, April 11.

The Rotary Club of Wilsonville has announced five finalists for the 2025 Wilsonville First Citizen award. They are Brad Christiansen, John Hillan-Payne, Jennie Hill, Scott Nichols and Rick Wallace.
The Rotary Club of Wilsonville is now accepting nominations for 2025 Wilsonville First Citizen, which may be submitted online at WilsonvilleRotary.com/nominate. The deadline has been extended to Sunday, February 8, 2026.
The Wilsonville City Council adopted a proclamation honoring our club’s 50th anniversary at its Monday, May 19, 2025 meeting. “We commend the Rotary Club and its members for their outstanding contributions to the well-being of our city and beyond,” the proclamation stated in part.
