DESCRIPTION:Shasta Sasser\, Library Director at Wilsonville Public Library\, will share how today’s libraries are so much more than quiet spaces filled with books. Gone are the small\, silent buildings with a shushing librarian looking disapprovingly above half-moon spectacles. Libraries today are vibrant community hubs where everyone is welcome. Come learn about what our local library has to offer beyond books and computers (but don’t worry\, there are still plenty of those\, too!). From programs and events to inclusive resources and spaces\, discover how the library continues to evolve to meet the needs of the Wilsonville community. \nThe Rotary Club of Wilsonville meets weekly Thursdays at noon to carry out its purpose of providing service and fellowship to members and the Wilsonville community. Guests are welcome. Lunch is available off the menu; please arrive and order by 11:45 a.m. if you are ordering lunch.
