Aaron McNally, Owner and Manager of Mt Hood Ductless and Executive Director of Green NW, shares the impact of his non-profit Green NW. This organization is dedicated to supporting individuals from underserved communities and veterans aspiring to HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) careers.

The Rotary Club of Wilsonville meets weekly Thursdays at noon to carry out its purpose of providing service and fellowship to members and the Wilsonville community. Guests are welcome. Aaron McNally is the Owner and Manager of Mt Hood Ductless and the Executive Director of Green NW. His training and experience in the US Air Force, which began in 1993, inspired him to pursue a career in HVAC. Thirty years later, after starting multiple businesses, Aaron founded Green NW, a non-profit organization dedicated to giving back to individuals from underserved communities and veterans interested in pursuing a career in the HVAC industry. In his free time, he enjoys camping, riding motorcycles and ATVs, and spending time with his family.
