Debi grew up in Wilsonville as the daughter of the city’s first mayor, Phil Balsiger, and has been involved in the community across decades. She has chaired the WHS Grad Night celebration, served on the Wilsonville Chamber of Commerce board, played a key role in the Fun in the Park festival and set an excellent example of how to contribute as a volunteer citizen.
